Jetway International FZCO is a Free Zone Company registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. The licence covers three activities, and we deliberately kept it to three: aircraft trading brokerage, air charters for passengers and cargo, and aviation consultancy.
The reason to work with a small desk is speed and accountability. There is no queue, no handover between departments, and no one on the file who has not read it. If we cannot help, we say so early rather than billing for the discovery.
Dubai is not a branding choice. The UAE sits within roughly eight hours of most of Europe, Africa and Asia, and DMCC is one of the more workable free zone regimes for an aviation business. Being here means being near operators, aircraft and the paperwork that governs both.
Answer the same day
An enquiry that sits for three days has usually already been solved by someone else. First reply on the same working day, even if the reply is a question.
Put the terms in writing
Price, conditions, cancellation and what happens if the schedule moves. Agreed before anything is committed, not discovered afterwards.
Show the trade offs
Options come with the compromise attached. Cheaper, faster and safer rarely coincide, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time.
Decline the wrong work
If the mission does not fit our licence or our competence, we say so and point elsewhere. It is cheaper for both sides than finding out late.
